(一)Regular warranty
During the warranty period, we will reach out to our users voluntarily and regularly. If there are problems in the analysis of functional requirements, we will timely modify them; Problems found after the warranty period within the scope of the requirements specification shall also be modified in a timely manner. We promise to meet users' certain requirements on ease of use as much as possible, and to ensure that the requirements are met within two weeks. Once users put forward performance requirements, which are caused by the software itself, we’ll help communicate with Dassault and solve it as soon as possible.
(二)Emergency warranty
During the warranty period, if the software bought from us is suddenly out of order, users can directly call us. We will find out the problems by remote control, so as to put forward relevant solution, maintenance method and response time. In case of system failure, we will respond within 4 hours after receiving users’ report, and send professional engineers to troubleshoot the failure within 2 working days. If the failure cannot be solved within 2 working days, detailed solution and maintenance schedule will be proposed to the customer within 2 days and sent to the customer for confirmation.
1.Service Type
1.1Telephone service

Users can directly consult with the technical staff of Yunhua or Dassault through the service hotline. After the technical department receives the phone call, the committed person is responsible for answering the call and making records. Generally, the solution is given on the same day. The solution for special cases is available at the time of ??? Response time: for questions learned by phone, the engineer will answer them immediately. If the line is busy, occupied by the technical engineer of Yunhua, the business personnel of Yunhua will answer the phone to record the user's problems, and then the technical personnel of yunhua will call the users back.

1.2Network control

If the problems are difficult to solve by the phone instruction, technical service personnel of Yunhua will help users through the network remote control services, after consultation with users to determine the time, in order to solve the problem.

1.3Visiting service
If the above two methods are inconvenient to solve the problem, our company will arrange technicians to provide visiting service.
