1. 6-year or above maintenance experience in desktop-level software and hardware
2. Familiar with client-side: computer, printer, projector, scanner and other IT-related equipment
3. Familiar with Windows XP/WIN7/MAC, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office and other common client-side software
4. Familiar with TCP/IP protocol, able to configure simple Cisco network equipment and Microsoft AD domain
5. Hard-working, willing to accept challenges, with a high sense of responsibility and good self-discipline
6. Ability to work independently, to analyze, judge and solve problems
7. Good communication and coordination skills, getting hold of fluent oral English
8. Full-time college degree 9. There are shuttle buses to pick you up on working days
